"Easy return and fast refund"

I ordered from cleanandshiny.co.uk the whole delivery side of it was really straightforward. I got the tracking info through, kept an eye on it, and the courier turned up exactly on the day they said they would. No chasing around or wondering where the parcel had got to. The box arrived in good condition too, so all in all I was happy with it. I’d definitely order from them again

Checkout technically went through, but the payment options were way more limited than I expected. I guess I feel a little stupid for trusting that it would be more flexible. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just kind of frustrating and not as convenient as it should’ve been.

Not gonna lie, I was a bit unsure ordering cleaning bits online, but the stuff I got from Clean and Shiny was genuinely really good quality. The shampoo and cloths felt way better than the cheaper ones I’ve used before, and the car seemed to stay looking cleaner for longer.
Nothing felt flimsy or disappointing, which was a nice surprise. I’m happy with what I ordered and I’d definitely buy from them again

"Decent deals, but I expected more"
I found a promo on Clean and Shiny quickly, and to be fair, it did knock the price down a little. That part was straightforward enough, which I appreciated because I don’t have the patience to dig around forever for a discount.
The annoying part was that some of the offers felt kind of limited once I actually looked closer. A few weren’t as useful as they seemed at first, so it was okay overall, but next time I’d definitely read the terms before getting my hopes up

"Nice to find a greener cleaning service"
I tried cleanandshiny.co.uk i was pleased. I kept thinking, okay, are they actually going to use more eco-friendly products or is that just something companies say? But they did seem to care about using greener stuff and cutting down on waste, which I really appreciated. The cleaning itself was good too, so it wasn’t like I had to choose between a clean home and less harsh chemicals. Nice to come across a company that isn’t just spraying loads of strong stuff everywhere and calling it a day.

"Good range, just a few things missing"
Pretty good range of cleaning stuff here, more than I expected. I went in looking for a few car cleaning bits and ended up spotting some household products too, so that was a nice bonus. It’s easy to browse, easy easy, and there’s a decent choice overall. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that a couple of the items I wanted were out of stock, but other than that, good good experience.

"Pretty smooth experience overall"
I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged cleanandshiny.co.uk and wasn’t expecting much. They got back to me quickly though, and were really friendly about it. No messing around or making things difficult, they just sorted it out and kept me updated along the way, which was nice. Overall, just good service and exactly the kind of thing you hope for when ordering online. I’d happily use them again.
